When you place an order on derphea.com, you agree to the terms below. We have created these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to domestic (USA).
We do not offer return or exchange services except in the USA.
A. 90-Day Return Policy
All the products have a 90-day return policy, meaning that you have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Final Sale item(s) are non-refundable. (“Final Sale” is on the page)
B. Return Process
1 To initiate a return, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label, and instructions on how to send the package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
2 To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and the return reason.
C. Damaged and faulty products or problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received so that we can assess the problem and correct it, and resend the correct product in a timely manner, or contact us if you want to return the product.
D. Exchange
We will only exchange damaged products, incorrect products, or defective products.
E. The fee for return and exchange
If the problem is due to product quality, we bear the round-trip shipping costs and no other fee;
If the problem is due to the customer, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee. If the customer is not followed the return instruction, there will be an additional 10%-30% fee charged to the card on file for the return.
F. Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, within 1-2 business days, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive an email immediately and a refund in the form of your original payment in approximately 5-7 business days.
